Refund policy

No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final after fulfillment.

If a mistake was made within your order, refunds will be issued in store credit and sent to the email attached with your customer account!

If looking to cancel your order, you must reach out through email 24 hours after order placement. Anytime after those 24 hours, cancellation cannot occur as we have already started fulfilling your order. Cancelling a order, you will be charged a cancellation fee!

In the event, for international orders (anywhere outside of the US), you are charged a customs fee and are unable to pay. A partial refund may be issued if and only if the package is returned. If the package gets lost, or is abandoned due to not paying the custom fees, we can not issue a refund.
